The people behind itSMF NZ

Who's steering the chapter

itSMF NZ is run by a volunteer Executive Committee — practitioners who give their time to grow the Service Management community in Aotearoa. All roles are unpaid and elected by the members.

How we're governed

Member-owned. Member-first.

itSMF NZ is a not-for-profit incorporated society, owned by its members. The Executive Committee is elected by the members and governed by the constitution; all roles are voluntary and unpaid, and the committee meets regularly to act on members' behalf.

We operate transparently, with annual reporting to members. There are no shareholders and no commercial agenda — every dollar is reinvested into member value.
